How our invoicing service works
Of course you probably won’t want to give us access to your bank account! So we will need to schedule regular catch-up calls, at a time to suit you; we can then make sure that we have all the latest information from you, both for invoicing and (if necessary) chasing payment. If you have a lot of regular clients/repeat business then we will maintain a spreadsheet of all your clients’ details to keep track of the situation with each client.
Whether you invoice monthly, weekly, or on the completion of a job, we can make sure your invoices go out on time and look professional, incorporating your logo, company details, terms of business and any other information you wish to incorporate.
Please note that credit control is not debt collection. We will remind clients that they haven’t paid, check to see if there are any problems that need to be resolved, resolve these in partnership with you and liaise with you to check whether payment has been made. If a client is simply refusing to pay, you will need to pass the information on to a debt collection agency.
